A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. This deposit is non-refundable except in the circumstances described below.
The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full. Cancellations 14–30 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: no refund. If the full balance has been paid: the same proportions apply to the full amount.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund including any booking fees. We will also make every effort to rebook you at an alternative site.
We cannot accept responsibility for cancellations due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer a rebooking.
