When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also receive booking dates and preferences. We do not store card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Your data is used to process and confirm your booking, send booking confirmations and GPS coordinates, and contact you about your stay. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Payment data is processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Email is sent via Resend (resend.com). Booking data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com). We do not sell your data to any third parties.
Booking records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@otiumescapes.org.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@otiumescapes.org. We will respond within 30 days.
